  • Can I use these recipes in the 3 Week Body Reset or Tribe?
    YES! This is one of the main reasons I created this book for women - to create greater flexibility. You can sub them in with ease as I have made sure they're macronutrient and calorie balanced like all of my meals and you receive more instructions in the reset or Tribe.
  • Are they easy to make?
    Yes! This is a top priority of mine. Most of them are extremely simple!
  • I am so unsure if this is the right approach for me?
    I totally get it, deciding if yet another plan is suitable is exhausting.
