This is a PDF eBook containing 13 easy, fuss free recipes, split into 2 parts...

PART 1: 9 throw together recipes, perfect for quick lunches or dinners. A few of them are STAND OUT favourites that my team and I regularly make for our weekday lunches (also GREAT as leftovers) or as quick Summer dinners to enjoy with friends or family.

PART 2: 'Choose Your Protein & Salad' - inspired by how my parents cook & how I eat when I enjoy meals with them. You simply pick your own protein of choice to BBQ or grill, and then choose one of the 4 salads that are included to enjoy with it! We have created a clever Protein Choice Page, breaking down the calories of different amounts of proteins so that it takes ALL the guesswork away from calorie counting when you add it to your side salad (where the calories, like always, are included on the salad recipes!)


  • Are they suitable for coeliacs?
    Yes! All of the recipes are gluten free.
  • Can I use these recipes in the 3 Week Body Reset or Tribe?
    YES! I always keep this in mind when I develop recipes for you - to create greater flexibility in your meal plans. You can sub them in with ease instead of certain recipes that you ay desire to swap, as I have made sure they're macronutrient and calorie balanced like all of my meals. The meals follow the exact same principles!
  • Are they easy to make?
    Yes! This is a top priority of mine. Most of them are extremely simple!
  • Are they safe for breastfeeding women?
    They sure are! Each recipe is jam packed full of nutrients to help support healthy breast milk production.
  • Are they suitable for pregnant women?
    Most are absolutely fine. A couple of tweaks will be needed for the salads that have either ham or feta cheese (only 3 out of 13 recipes will need adjusting)
  • How long do the meals take to cook?
    All can be prepared in under 30 minutes (with marinating times included on some recipes)
  • Are the recipes suitable for pescetarians?
    Whilst half of the book does include an animal protein, I have also included a protein conversion chart so you can easily make the adjustments to fish or tofu and the recipes would be just as amazing.

    The second part of the book is also just salads so you can easily use the chart to add in your favourite protein of choice.
  • Are the recipes egg & dairy free?
    A few of the recipes use mayonnaise or yoghurt in their salad dressings but these can easily be swapped to coconut yoghurt or a vegan mayonnaise!

    3 of the recipes have a little cheese in them but again, this can easily be replaced with vegan alternatives and be just as delicious!

    There are no eggs in any of the recipes.
